About Magic Beans

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Magic Beans gift cards.

Do you charge sales tax?

For orders shipping to addresses in Massachusetts and Connecticut, we do charge sales tax. Everyone else is off the hook.

How much will shipping cost?

With just a few exceptions, all orders over $75 include FREE value shipping. Orders under $75 are charged a flat rate of $7.99. Faster shipping options are available for an additional fee. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

From where will my order ship?

All of our web orders ship from Hyde Park, MA.

How quickly will my order leave your warehouse?

Our goal is to get your order out in a hurry. Depending on which level of shipping you choose, your order will leave our warehouse within 1 to 4 business days.

How do you choose the products for the site?

Our selection is handpicked by a team of buyers that includes a mom of one, a dad of three, and a veteran Magic Beans guru. Their mission is to find gear that is useful, practical and innovative, and toys that inspire creative interactions.

I want Magic Beans to carry a new product. Who do I contact?

Our selection is comprised of specialty and high-quality toys and games for all ages, and baby products including strollers, car seats, baby carriers, accessories, bedding and practical gift items. We carry a limited selection of nursery furniture and decor items, and some basic layette clothing. If your product falls into any of those categories, we'd love to learn about it. I would like to request a donation from Magic Beans. What do I do?

We love to give back to families in need. We would be delighted to consider making a donation to any registered non-profit organization that is dedicated to serving children. Preference will be given to organizations in the Boston area. If you are soliciting a donation, please send us an email describing the organization and the event or other circumstances requiring the donation. Tell us how we can help, and please be specific. We can not grant every request, but we promise to do our best. Click here to request a donation.

Right now, Magic Beans is not looking for outside investors. If you'd like to be notified of any new opportunities, please drop us a line.

Can I use more than one coupon?

Only one coupon may be used per transaction.

The item I want is not in stock. What do I do?

If you would like to order an item that is out of stock, you can call us at 1-866-600-BEAN (2326) to place the order and it will ship as soon as it is back in stock. Please note we cannot accept back orders on certain items.

I saw an item in the store, but I don't see it online. How can I order it?

We are more than happy to accept telephone orders for items like these. You can call us at 866.600.BEAN (2326).

I hear there's a Magic Beans catalog. How can I get on the mailing list?
