|About Magic Beans||International & APO Orders|
Yes, we can ship most of our items to other countries. Before we ship baby gear internationally, we like to make sure our customers are aware that the warranty can be affected when a product designed for sale in the U.S. is taken overseas. If the item needs servicing or a replacement part within the warranty period, the cost for parts and shipping may not be covered under the warranty, depending on the issue. As long as those terms are understood, we can still take the order. Additional duties and/or import fees will apply when the package arrives; unfortunately, we are unable to calculate those values.
(Please note that we cannot ship products from Orbit Baby outside the United States.)
Yes, we can ship most items to APO addresses. Packages shipping to APO addresses are not eligible for free value shipping. Shipping to APO addresses may take slightly longer than our standard time frame. Smaller packages may arrive approximately 6-10 business days from when it leaves our warehouse, and some oversized items (some strollers, car seats, and other large products) may need to ship via USPS Parcel Post, which can take approximately 45-60 business days. Please allow extra time when ordering these items.
Orders generally ship from our warehouse within 2-5 business days. If we are shipping your order via USPS Priority Mail International, the package will likely spend approximately 6-10 days in transit. This timeframe can vary depending on how long the package spends in customs. We also have expedited shipping options available.
If I place an international order, will I need to pay any import duties or fees?
In most cases, there will be an import fee charged when a package ships internationally. The customer is responsible for paying these charges. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these charges ahead of time.
Shipping charges are determined by the speed/service selected, the weight of the package(s) being shipped, and the destination of the package(s). If you need assistance calculating your shipping charges before placing an order, please contact us and we would be happy to provide you with an estimate. The shipping charges shown for my international order seem higher than I expected. How much will I actually be charged for shipping?
In many cases, the automated estimates given for international shipping tend to be higher than the actual cost. Rest assured we will only charge you for the actual cost of shipping. If you are concerned about the estimated shipping charges, please feel free to contact us and we will calculate the shipping charge that is specific to your order and provide you with an updated estimate.
I placed an international order, but my credit card has not been charged. When will my order ship?
To protect our customers from potential fraud, we will sometimes need to ask for extra documentation for proof of credit card ownership. If we find that this is necessary for your order, we will contact you shortly after the order is placed and request this information. We will need to verify proof of credit card ownership prior to charging the card and shipping the order.
We ship most international orders via the postal service. If a package exceeds the maximum dimensions or weight set by the postal service, we would ship the item(s) via UPS. Large stroller boxes may ship via FedEx or UPS.
