About the BOB Revolution Single 2010

The BOB Revolution Stroller 2010 is now on sale for 15% off, while supplies last!

With a new baby, a thrilling world opens up. One moment, you are jotting down dozens of possible baby names on a cafe napkin while you eat the top off a blueberry muffin. Next, you are making design plans for your nursery, puzzling over shades of "eggshell yellow" and "angel blue" paint for your new housemate's room. Then one day, you become Mom or Dad. It is sudden and miraculous.

To get the very most out of those first years, take a tip from us. Get a BOB Revolution Stroller. It belongs in the category of jogging stroller, but offers much more versatility - let us explain. Many jogging strollers have wheels that are up to 20" in diameter. Sounds good? Well, they are nice for track and field but are far too bulky for urban conditions. In contrast, the BOB has an innovative 12" front wheel that can swivel or be locked in place to adapt to many environments. With its excellent suspension and knobby tires, the BOB Revolution is a great jogging stroller. But it is also a cramped-sidewalk friendly, packed-subway portable, everyday set of wheels for zooming around with your Mini-Me. This combination is truly awesome.

If you feel a marathon in you, just lock the swiveling wheel in place, loop the safety strap around your wrist, and you are good to go (well, don't forget to stretch those hamstrings first). You will immediately notice why the BOB is such a hit with runners. This 23 pound beauty is constructed with a welded, durable frame yet feels anything but unwieldy. Thanks to the large back wheels, you can glide over uneven surfaces without strain. Pebbles and sidewalk cracks don't stand a chance for slowing you down.

As you are jogging back home with your baby, another adventure awaits. No gravel pathways this time - instead, it's a culinary one. That new bakery just opened and after all that tough cardio, perhaps an oven-fresh chocolate croissant is in order? Well, there's no need to stash your BOB Revolution. Like a Transformer, your BOB can morph itself into a graceful and super-maneuverable stroller. Simply unlock the front wheel, and it will swivel to make sharp, accurate turns around the bakery. Wiggling through crowds to get to the cash register? No problem. You've got a BOB. You can do things like that.

We haven't even mentioned all those extras. The BOB Revolution is the ultimate, comfy pod for kids. The full sun canopy provides shade on sunny days, shelter on rainy ones, and privacy for those mid-day naps. There is also a canopy viewing window so you can keep close tabs on your kid while you stroll. As you push your BOB around town and country, you can expect to have a happy kid. The seat recline allows even the fussiest kids to fall into a peaceful slumber, even when you are jogging with it. Also, the 5-point harness keeps kids safely strapped in the stroller. When it's juice and cracker time, you can let your little diner dig in without worrying about ruining the fabric. The BOB has 100% polyester with a stain resistant treatment so it can take lots of tough love and spills. And we love that spacious low boy storage - you will too.

You live your life in many settings. Your BOB will let you do just that with safety and style. There's only one choice left to make; which fashionable color combo do you want? We can't help you there, sadly. We love them all.

Fantastic!

Pros:

Comfortable, Sturdy, Durable, Easy To Steer

Cons:

Heavy, Doesn't Clip in Easily

The Bob Revolution is fantastic! We couldn't be happier with our purchase. The Bob is so smooth and comfortable for both the "pusher" and "pushee." We live in the city and we have used this as our only stroller since day 1 (with the car seat attachment). Our now 1 year old daughter is totally comfortable in the stroller and never fusses while rolling around in her Bob.

Bob is awesome

1 out of 1 person found this review helpful
Pros:

Easy To Steer, Comfortable, Easy to Set Up, Durable, Sturdy

After months and months of searching for a stroller that would be suitable around town, I settled on the Bob. I could not be any happier. My 3 year old is tall and heavy (3'4" and 42 lbs.) so her head does hit the canopy when it's folded, but she looooves it. Pushing her around is an absolute breeze! I also push my (big) 4 month old in it. I live on a 4th floor walk-up, so I need to carry the stroller up and down stairs. It might be heavy for some, but I don't feel like it is, and setting it up is a snap. I can not fully express my love for the Bob.

A Must Have...

Pros:

Easy To Steer, Smooth ride, Durable, Comfortable, Sturdy, Easy to Set Up, Easily Stowed, Stylish

Cons:

Heavy

We use The BOB as our primary stroller. It is so smooth and easy to handle, it practically pushes itself! We had our son in it at about 4months, walking only, and are about to start jogging w/him. I know it will be perfect! Well worth the investment!

LOVE my BOB!

Pros:

Comfortable, Easily Stowed, Easy To Steer, Easy to Set Up, Lightweight for a jogger, Sturdy, Durable

Cons:

Awkward harnessseat

I've been running with my daughter she she was about 8 months old. we both LOVE this stroller. my only gripe is that she ends up kind of slumped in it, even though she is (easily) able to sit on her own. I think it will be this way until she can put her feet on the foot rest... But we've done races including a 5 miler in this stroller and we LOVE it!!

Could Not Live Without It!

Pros:

Easy To Steer, Durable, Sturdy, Comfortable, Easily Stowed

Cons:

Heavy

I love my BOB. I use it on a daily basis for walks or jogs. It is so easy and comfortable to push, and my daughter sits (and naps) happily in it. Bumps in the road, curbs, you name it, the BOB goes right over everything with ease. It is heavy but you get used to lifting it into the car and it fits perfectly in the back of my Prius. I have not flown with it but I know it is possible because I've seen people in the airport. I have gone on hour+ walks with it and never gotten tired of pushing it. The handlebars are at a nice height for me (5'6) and my husband (6'3). Overall, one of my favorite baby gear items!

Love this stroller!

Pros:

Sturdy, Durable, Easily Stowed, Easy To Steer, Easy to Set Up, Lightweight, Comfortable

We already had a stroller from our first child, so I didn't need a new one, but found out that the new Bob Revolution had everything I was looking for in one stroller. I did A LOT of research and concluded that the Bob Revolution was by far the best stroller for our needs. I wanted a stroller with good shocks for a smooth ride for baby, one that opened/closed easily, didn't take up much room in the car, and could go everywhere from a path in the woods to manuevering easily in a store. The Bob Revolution was the only one that fit these needs. It handles even better than I expected.

Love it!

Pros:

Easy To Steer, Durable, Easily Stowed, Sturdy, Comfortable, Easy to Set Up

I have been very pleased with my Bob Revolution Single Stroller. It is especially great for my location, close to the beach. My son is only 3 months old and I have already gotten so much use out of it, thanks to the car-seat adapter that I use with my graco snugride infant carseat. I've just started to use it without the car-seat. The canopy provides plenty of shade and the seat reclines for naps. I've used the stroller at the beach, on trails, in parks, and on very bumpy streets and sidewalks. I also find it to be very maneuverable in stores and other tight spaces. I love that I can choose for the front wheel to swivel or to stay straight. The stroller is very easy to open and close up, although there is no clicking or locking feature to keep it closed. It packs up tight enough that I can store it in the nursery, and have been able to fit it in the trunk of any sedan I've attempted to. My husband is very proud to push his baby in such a rugged, well-designed stroller. He appreciates that it has shocks, and absorbs bumps so well. The Bob Revolution is both stylish and practical. I can't imagine using any other stroller!
