Easily foldable even with 2nd seat , beautiful, not that heavy , love all the attachments , easily maneuvered ,
No cons for me ! Does everything I need it to do!
My 2nd son was born in July of 2016 and I waited a very long time for this stroller to come out. I had other options to buy this stroller but I wanted this one. I did my research and saw all the videos possible showing how amazing this stroller is. Both my boys love it. Sometimes people dont even see my younger son in the 2nd seat because it's not a huge stroller. Compared to other double strollers I looked at , this is less heavier. I LOVE the fact that I dont have to take apart this stroller to get it in to my truck like I did with my Bugaboo Cameleon3. The price is fabulous and beautiful ! I get so many compliments on this stroller. I love that this can also accommodate a 3rd child. This stroller fits all of my needs. The only complaint I have (which is not a big deal) is the cup holder. I constantly bang it in to things.
Awesome double, Awesome single, Amazing storage, Primary seat has a great weight limit
Literally dont have one!!
When I say that I have tried every stroller I really mean it! When my first son was born we got the Britax travel system. We read many reviews about it being a great system. For the price, it wasn't a bad choice, but we quickly out grew it.i also found it lacked a large enough storage basket. So, we upgraded to the Uppa Cruz. I liked the storage in it, but when we found out we were expecting again we knew we needed a double. We purchased a double Bob to use on rough roads (we also have a sigble Bob, I have a stroller addiction), but I needed a good everyday double. A stroller that I could use out and about that was versatile and could accommodate my family's needs. We orgianly bought the Baby Jogger City Select double solely because it held more weight than the Uppa Vista - With a 2 1/2 year old that was already 40lbs I couldn't do the second seat of the Vista, it only holds 35lbs. I was immediately unhappy as we assembled the City Select. I hated how my toddler had to be at a very uncomfortable position to fit my infant seat on the stroller. I was also very unhappy with the how hard it was to snap the infant seat in with the double seat attached. So, we decided to only use our double Bob until we could find a better option. Fast forward about a week or 2 after we got home from the hospital, I saw that the Entourage was finally at retailers!! I have been a fan of the Entourage since the Baby Guy NYC, show cased it at last years ABC Baby Expo. I immediately ordered the Entourage as well as both infant seat adapters from Magic Beans. I must note that not only do I love the Entourage, I also love Magic Beans customer service!! Super friendly and very quick shipping!! Win, win! The day we got our stroller in my husband and I put it together and used it immediately. There are a million things I instantly loved about this stroller!! First, the fact that my toddler who is larger for is age (daddy is 6'7) fits in the primary seat so comfortably, and at any angle he likes - He can recline or sit up, unlike the Select which was only able to accommodate the second seat at a very awkward incline. Second, my infant who is 4 months old now, could use it as a single or as a double, with his Cybex Aton Q Plus. It might seem silly to need this as a single, when we have a Cruz that can fit our Cybex, but what the Cruz can't fit are my son's needs... My son was born blind. On any given day I have huge diaper bags, book sized paper work, baby wearing gear, you name it, and it all fits in our Entourage with room to spare. We literally had it loaded with both kids one day and 2 full heavy boxes and it still road like a dream. A huge plus too, is as my son grows and starts to use his pre- cane (that's roughly the size of a child's push toy) and his toddler cane I can carry both of these with me as well as his therapy gear, on my own. And, although I know my needs aren't those of most, I have also used the storage with my toddler in front as we simply shopped at the mall. The best part about this stroller is it will grow with my family. The Entourage will be a huge tool for my family and a huge help!! I couldn't be more in love with it or it's functionality!!!
storage, configuration flexibility, super easy to adapt for accessories
heavy, seat depth and belts shallow
I have three kids and this stroller easily accommodates all of them, which was why I purchased it to supplement our UPPAbaby Cruz that we usually use. My favorite thing about the Entourage is the expandable design and the way that all the accessories can be easily interchanged without use of any tools or much time. The foldability is also quite compact and cleverly uses a fender to stand upright - yes, it's not a single fold or single hand kind of thing, but I would not expect that given the expansion features of this stroller. Steering is great, though it suffers some maneuverability issues when used as a double stroller as with most double stroller. We had an Orbit G2 and find this stroller to be much easier to steer and much more practical storage and seating wise. My main complaint is that the seats and waist belt all seem on the small side, even tho my kids are pretty petite. I struggle to get the waist belt on them and it seems like they are slipping off the seat, but they have not complained about that to me. I still really love the Cruz since it is much lighter and easier to hoist in and out of the car, but the Entourage has been particularly good at handling certain issues when traveling with multiple kids.
Expansion option, tall seats, high weight capacity
Extra storage only available in singles mode, collapse trigger rarely works correctly, short crotch strap, HEAVY, cup holder
I'm a self-admitted stroller hoarded. My older son has special needs, so I have worked my way through way too many strollers trying to find strollers that are easy to push with a larger/heavier child, have lots of storage, and high seatbacks. Well, this summer we adopted a second child who has special needs and uses a wheelchair, so now I need a stroller that can successfully do all of these things with two. I ADORE my UPPAbaby Vista, but it (and most strollers) have too short of seat backs and/or bottom-of-seat-to-top-of-canopy height for me to use anymore.
I had really hoped the Entourage would be the perfect solution to my problems, and it does a decent job of hitting the big issues. I do like the ability to expand and that it can collapse with the second seat intact. I also love that the sit-and-stand option has a seatbelt. After using it for a couple months, here are the cons:
1) It is large and heavy. No, really large and really heavy. We have a minivan and I can't imagine anyone with less trunk space fitting this in their vehicle. It is a beast and a half, even when it is compressed to it's shortest length. I would not recommend this for anyone with back issues or who just had a baby (especially a C-section) because I think it could do some real harm lifting it in and out of your vehicle.
2) I desperately wish the push was easier. I have been totally spoiled by my UPPAbaby, but there's no way that this fits in the same push class as an UPPAbaby or Bugaboo. It feels heavy to push without any child in it, and just gets heavier as more weight is added (if this seems like a silly complaint, try pushing one of the aforementioned strollers; I can load my Vista with a full grocery trip's worth of goods and still push it easily with one hand). It is possible to push one-handed, but it is heavy.
3) All of the cool storage functions are really mostly available in single's mode. None of the cool bags or accessories work when a second seat is attached (and I bought all of them, so now they just take up trunk space). And though I can store extra items below when the stroller is fully expanded, the basket is not as large as other luxury strollers, and the front seat has such a deep recline (even in it's most upright position), that it makes it tough to store more underneath. I have to add, as well, that the fully expanded stroller is so long that I have been in department stores where I have to make a multipoint turn to get it to fit down the hall that leads to the restroom. It is very long. So if you're looking for a single stroller with storage, I would probably still lean toward the Vista. If you're looking for a double stroller with storage, you don't gain much with the Entourage.
4) The collapse mechanism on the handle catches 85-90% of the time, so folding the stroller is frustrating and time-consuming.
5) The crotch strap and harness are shorter than on my other strollers, so if you have a larger child you may have difficulty getting it around your child (or you may not even be able to use the harness straps). I'm currently looking to modify my straps or buy some kind of harness extension.
6) The cup holder needs improvement. It's a separate accessory that attaches after the stroller is upright, so I'm constantly misplacing it after the stroller is collapsed. I wish it could collapse with the stroller.
So is the Entourage worth it? For me, yes, but that's because even the most basic of special needs strollers starts well over $1000, and that is with minimal features. If I was a typical parent with a typical child I would probably lean toward the Vista or one of the other luxury brands and get a less expensive stroller that moves more easily and has better storage. I'm sure that in the future that Austlen will fix these issues.
Great for newborn and beyond
I LOVE this stroller, emphasis on LOVE! It's the epitome of SUS -- my Sport Utility Stroller! If this stroller were a vehicle it would be an Escalade Pickup!
Material is wonderful and easy to clean, easy to assemble and fun for the holiday season, traveling, shopping, picnicking and carrying a boatload in general!
It is a wonderful stroller and the adapter works well for my Cybex car seat. I love that I can carry beverages which I can't do on some other strollers without a separate accessory. This stroller is solid and won't tip so no danger of child getting harmed. This is definitely a grow with your baby stroller.
Practical, spacious, high weight capacity, BEAUTIFUL
Heavy, seats can only face one way
For 13 years I have been a loyal Bugaboo customer, however, when I became pregnant with my 5th child I found myself looking for something other than the Bugaboo Donkey. I knew I needed a double stroller, since my 4th and 5th would both be stroller aged. I wanted versatile, and beautiful, but also practical and spacious. When I stumbled upon the Entourage for pre-order, I was immediately impressed. After waiting for months, I finally received my Entourage and it did not disappoint. The materials are of high quality and the stroller screams luxury. I couldn't believe how easy it was to use. One of my must have features that actually steered us away from our trusted Bugaboo, was the strollers ability to fold/store without having to remove any seats/sit and stand. I was also attracted to the fact that I could switch from seat to bassinet without having to replace the entire seat. The ability to go from first position to second and third, is almost too easy. My only complaints are that the stroller is very heavy and I wish the seats had an option for forward and rear facing. With that being said, I truly do feel that the Entourage is the BEST stroller on the market. It IS a family stroller. It's the only stroller that can handle all 5 of my children's needs. From sports equipment holder to big girl special seat (sit and stand), it does it all. I will never need another stroller.
