You know BABYBJÖRN for their iconic baby carrier, but this beautifully-designed sitter is another award-winning product you'll love using day after day. This sitter is the newly designed, more sophisticated version of Baby Bjorn's sitter. The sturdy high-tension suspension system converts your baby's tiniest movements into a soothing, bouncing motion that will keep him happy and cooing. This means you can take care of other things while he lounges. Pretty good deal.

There are three different recline positions to use, depending on your baby's age (or mood) so your baby is always comfortable. Is your baby too old for that restraint system? Simply unbutton it and you have a toddler-friendly seat. This seat will hold up to 29 pounds.

The soft, comfortable fabric molds to your baby's body and keeps him cradled in comfort. If you're ready for a new look, you can quickly detach the fabric and reverse it. Because you can easily remove the material, you will have no trouble popping it into the washing machine to clean away those little messes. When you need to venture out into the world, this sitter collapses to a width of about four inches. Your baby is all set to nap, sleep, and bounce wherever you go. Too bad BABYBJÖRN doesn't have one for adults. At least not yet.

Simple and functional

This bouncy chair has been a staple in my son's short life since he reached the 8lb minimum. I am able to work or watch tv while he's in the chair. He hasn't quite mastered the bouncing on his own, but enjoys the chair when I gently bounce it.

The cloth cover is easy to remove and wash. Very adjustable and simply folds flat for travel.

We are extremely happy with this product and would highly recommend it.

Great for my newborn

My son, at 6 weeks, is happy to sit in this chair by himself and observe the world around him. It keeps him happy so I can shower and do some quick chores. He is still too young to bounce it a lot.

Comfortable, but not amusing enough

Pros:

Sturdy, Long use through 2 yrs, Easy to Assemble, Roomy, Smooth Rocking, Fits Anywhere

Cons:

Boring

While this may be good for not so great sleepers, my daughter slept fine in her crib and so was very bored in this (since it wasn't used to self sooth to sleep). She didn't seem to understand how to bounce using her body weight as resistance when she was the appropriate age for this. She LOVES it as an 18 month old. It's a great, easy to access, comfortable reading chair, but I'd rather have something else for that use...It folds flat and is easy to store.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
