about the BananagramsHere's the perfect game for all you wordsmiths. Maybe you are the Scrabble fanatic who busts that board out constantly and will challenge anyone who walks through the door. Maybe you love word games but don't like hunching over a board game. Or maybe you are often on the go and looking to kill time in an airport or hotel room. Either way, Bananagrams is a totally addictive game that you and your family will love. You can play according to the suggested rules below or even get creative and make up your own game. WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD - Small parts. Not for children under 3 years.

We love Bananagrams! It's a creative, fast-paced, portable game ... and it's fairly inexpensive. From my 6 year-old son to my 16 year-old nephew (who is a Scrabble champion) to adults, everyone in our family enjoys playing this game! You can play at different levels depending on the reading/vocabulary level of the players. Oh...and the carrying case -- shaped like a banana -- is so cute! Makes a great birthday present.

My husband and I love this game. Not able to use it for family games night yet but we definately plan on it. What a great spin on Scrabble! A lot more fun.

Bananagrams is somewhat like the game Scrabble, but without the boundaries of a board. One can use it as directed in the instructions or come up with a multitude of other games to play. I, for one, am a homeschooler and choose for my first grader to use the sturdy tiles to spell out his words from the week's spelling list. I love that the tiles are bigger and sturdier than Scrabble pieces and are easy for little hands to manipulate. It's a fun game with lots of possibilities!

This game is addictive! I can never play just one round. It is great because you can play it with just one other person or with multiple people. It is similar to Scrabble, but the pace is faster and the debates between players seems less intense.
This is also a great game because it is very portable. You may also like these items...
