Cute idea, but needs some refinement

A family that I was a nanny for had received a package of these at their baby shower. When I first saw them I thought they were a great idea, as I have been tinkled on many times when changing baby boys. However, the picture doesn't give an accurate representation of their size. These things are very tiny and light, and I found that even when the baby was a newborn, they just fell right off without doing anything but get in the way. Even when the baby was a bit bigger, any time he moved during a diaper change (which any parent knows is ALL the time) they fell off. It's a very cute idea, but they need to be bigger and heavier so that they would actually stay in place.
Cute but not practical

I bought some of the airplane ones because they were so cute. Honestly, a burp cloth or wash cloth works better. These never stayed where they are supposed to long enough to be useful even in the very early days. They are really cute but I think it would help if they were a bit larger.

These little domes are placed strategically over baby boy's plumbing and block the parents from getting a surprise shower during a changing.
Very cute, easy to clean and a fun idea for a shower gift to prevent, ahem, showers.
