Pixy Cubes by Blue Orange

The name "Pixy Cubes" might bring to mind Pixy Stix, but don't worry, these Cubes from Blue Orange Games are sugar-free fun. The 16 included cubes have different colors and shapes on each face: red, yellow, green, and blue, in solids, halves, or crescents. A few Pixy Cubes games:

• Speed game: Lay out a Challenge Card that shows a pattern of Pixy Cubes shapes. Competitors race to be the first to match the pattern with their cubes.
• Memory game: Everyone looks at the Challenge Card for ten seconds, and then tries to duplicate it. The closest match, or the first match, wins.

Or, just make up your own designs with four, or eight, or twelve, or all of the cubes. Kids will love experimenting with the patterns and colors, and Blue Orange Pixy Cubes are a great way for kids to develop their memory, and their color and shape recognition. Recommended for ages 6 and up.
