Bugaboo baby strollers have always been showstoppers: they all have a distinctive look that inspires admiration, even from folks who aren’t in the know. And when parents are in the know, it’s even better: when Melissa from coolmompicks.com wheeled her Bugaboo Donkey double stroller into the local children’s boutique, “there was an audible gasp.”
Of course, that was when the Donkey was brand new, but the Bugaboo Donkey stroller isn’t done impressing us yet. After all, now we have a few years of terrific reviews telling us that Bugaboo’s clever single-to-double-and-back-again baby stroller has plenty of substance behind the style.
A few minor changes are kicking in for 2014:
The main attraction of the Bugaboo Donkey stroller continues to be the way it “grows and flows with your family”: you can use your Bugaboo Donkey with one child (Mono), kids of different ages (Duo), or kids of the same age (Twin). The frame transforms from single width to double width in three clicks: open the latch, pull out the frame, close the latch, done! Your stroller seats and bassinets are reversible, and you can add an infant car seat adapter (sold separately) for even more seating options for your babes.
Other features on the Bugaboo Donkey Stroller include:
The Bugaboo Donkey also features an adjustable-height handlebar (low enough for a kid to push, high enough for a really tall parent!).
Even a few years into its run as Bugaboo’s first double stroller, the Bugaboo Donkey Stroller turns heads as it trots down the sidewalk. It’s the ultimate ride for a family on the “grow”!
