What do you picture when you hear the word “luxury”? It implies sparkling bling, caviar, and champagne, but the central concept of luxury is comfort: being able to kick back, dismiss your worries, and relax.
The Bumbleride Indie Twin double stroller may not be studded with diamonds, but it’s loaded with features that provide a luxuriously comfortable ride for your babies, and it’s luxuriously easy for you to use, too. Since earlier Indie Twin strollers were already pretty impressive, only minor changes have been made for this year’s model: the bumper bars are not included due to safety concerns, a minor flaw in the tires has been corrected, and the enormous sun canopies are now SPF 45 protective.
Plus, if you’ve selected Maxi-Cosi Mico infant car seats, then you’re in luck: with the Maxi-Cosi Mico car seat adapter (sold separately), both of your babies can ride on your Bumbleride Indie double stroller at the same time! Car seat adapters are also available for Peg Perego, Britax, Graco, and Chicco; the Bumbleride Indie Twin stroller can carry one of these infant car seats at a time. Or, you can add one or two infant carrycots (sold separately).
Here’s the rest of the lowdown on the Bumbleride Indie Twin Stroller:
The Bumbleride Indie Twin stroller’s front wheel can be locked straight forward for an easy straight-ahead push while jogging, or left to swivel 360 degrees for easy and quick turning. The stroller handlebar is height-adjustable to suit any parent’s height: push it all the way down to let an older sibling push, or nudge it upwards so tall parents don’t kick the back of the stroller. And the Bumbleride Indie Twin double stroller insists, in a gentlemanly fashion, on carrying all of your stuff. The enormous stroller basket can easily accommodate the heftiest diaper bag and some groceries, too, and pockets behind each canopy can be stuffed with odds and ends.
Also, the Bumbleride Indie Twin Stroller boasts a simple and relatively compact fold: as an all-terrain double stroller, it still takes up a bit of space, but you can also pop off the quick-release wheels to make it smaller. The fold is a simple two-step, two-handed process, and the unfold is awesome: just undo the fold locks, pull up on the handlebar, and shake your Bumbleride Indie Twin stroller into place.
Finally, we love the new Bumbleride Aqua color scheme - a sunny turquoise blue with slightly darker accents. Think of the shadows in an enormous in-ground swimming pool, and you’ve got the picture. And what could be more luxurious than that?
Easy To Steer, Sturdy, Easy To Set Up, Durable, Comfortable
we have a 16month and a 6week old girls ... before #2 arrived we searched for months all the different strollers ... i liked the queenB, the city select ..then the cheaper Safety 1st tandem (since we have a Safety 1st carseat) we looked into EVERYTHING...finally we decided ok lets wait until #2 comes b.c then we'd have a better idea of what we'd like best..so #2 came and we tried a tandem stroller (graco) and i had the hardest time pushing it that i decided to string our travel system stroller & the combi umbrella stroller together! (couldnt turn it in a store or on paved roads ... it was impossible...the string idea wasnt ideal but better then nothing) i do a lot of walking during the day just to the park, or a store when we need a few items and our side walks arnt the best around here...finally we decided ok we would try this one and OMG WOW!! it is AMAZING!! it turns on a DIME! and i can push it literally with one finger! it is the easiest thing in the world to push...it makes our walks so much more enjoyable (haha for me at least) it is a very smooth ride and the girls seem to love it .. the cover offers great protection from the sun .. it reclines practically flat and i love how the foot rest is adjustable...it moves on anything! grass pavement store ...even goes on sand but that is a bit difficult but it CAN DO IT!! we went for a walk on the beach and strangers stopped us and commented on how nice the stroller is .. it looks nice and it is amazing .. only few down sides to it ... in the beginning folding it is a bit complicated .. its easy but takes some getting used to ...and we have a Dodge Avenger (so your typicaly 4door sedan) and it does take up pretty much the whole trunk .. we do have some space but its not tiny but thats to be expected when you have a double stroller..it isnt super light but its not too difficult to lift in/out of car...its easy to clean .. everything about the stroller is designed with the customer in mind ... 5 star stroller ... cant find anything better then this! the girls love it i love it my husband loves it .. cant go wrong! at first i was worried that a side-by-side wouldnt fit well in/out of stores/doors and if it did fit then the seats would be too tight for the kids to be comfy but this dosnt seem to be a problem for us (granted girls are young still but they have plenty of room to grow) stroller fits tru doors and is very durable .. my husband likes the adjustable handlebar (hes almost 6ft im 5.1)
