Unfortunately, we are only able to ship up to (3) Comotomo bottles per household.
Whether you breastfeed or not, your baby is happiest when feeding is a cozy and snuggly experience. Comotomo silicone baby bottles have a soft and squeezable skin-like feel that’s perfect for feeding and bonding, and they mimic the feel of breastfeeding to make the transition easy for breastfed babies.
These fantastic, pliable baby bottles are made with medical-grade silicone – no BPA, PVC, or phthalates – which is heat-resistant and sturdy. The Comotomo baby bottle’s wide nipple base presses against the baby’s face when you feed her, providing a nice, sealed latch that feels like a real breast and keeps the baby from swallowing too much air. You can squeeze the bottle a little to mimic letdown, which is great for getting the baby’s interest if she’s dozing off in the middle of a feeding. Two vents also siphon out air to keep the baby from getting gassy or colicky.
And that’s not all: Comotomo baby bottles have a major advantage over bottles made from BPA free plastics, in that they’re tremendously easy to clean. The wide mouth and pliable material let you get a dish sponge into every angle of the Comotomo bottle’s interior; to clean the bottom, just squish it upwards. No bottle brushes are necessary.
The Comotomo 8oz (250ml) bottle has a slow flow nipple with one small hole, and is designed for babies 0 to 3 months old.
Pricey, Milk takes a while to warm up in it if you don't have a bottle warmer
We bought this bottle early on for our exclusively breastfed daughter because we were worried about nipple confusion. She took it right away at 4 weeks, and we have not had any concerns. We have not tried any other bottles/nipples yet.
Easy to clean, good flow
My 7 month old is exclusively breastfed but I was looking for a bottle to help her in the car. She hates it and leaning over to nurse was difficult to say the least. I tried the Medela bottles that come with my pump and she just wanted to chew it. I tried Tommee Tippee as well, same deal. With this one, she latched right on. I was amazed. Thinking it was a fluke, I tried on another day and she latched easily again. As a student midwife and a lactation educator, I strongly suggest trying this bottle for the older breastfed baby who is refusing all others.
