This is by far the best diaper disposal system on the market. I got it becasue a friend reccomended it to me, so i added to my registry and thankfully it was purchased. I have been using it for 2+ years and not a single problem. Very easy to change out the trash bags that hols the diapers as well. highly reccomend this. bottom line is buy it!

I have tried them all - no perfect diaper pail. It is easy to use and doesn't break ( like some others).. But can def smell after awhile.

I've had the Diaper Dekor for almost the entire first year of my son's life, and I've been very happy with it. It contains odors extremely well and can hold a good number of dirty diapers -- I empty it about once a week.
The bags are expensive and unnecessary, though. I use regular 13 gallon trash bags, and they're fine. Diaper Dekor Plus

I've had the Diaper Dekor Plus for the past year with one child who was first breastfed and is now onto solids. The pail does a good job of containing odors as long as it's not full to overflowing.
The capacity seems to be about 5-7 days of dirty diapers, less for younger babies and longer for older ones. There was a big hubub over the company changing the style of the refills but honestly, I never had a problem with the old ones, the redesigned ones (that people hated) and the "new" old ones that have been brought back. I find the refills to be pricey and just ended up using regular drawstring trash bags in lieu and I haven't had any problems since. The best feature is the step on lever which flips the lid up and you can drop the dirty diaper through the hatch. Basically hands-free! The hatch also locks shut which is a great feature to keep little fingers out but the lid doesn't lock shut so my son ends up with dirty fingers anyway.
