Magic Beans Brookline in Coolidge Corner is currently looking to hire full-time and part-time sales associates. Applicants must have flexible availability. Nights and weekends are a must.
The Sales Associate position is a fast-paced, dynamic job that is both fun and rewarding. We expect potential sales associates to have a strong work ethic, the ability to multitask, and the stamina to keep calm under pressure. Applicants should be honest, hardworking, outgoing, and amiable. We offer ample opportunities for growth within the company to our ambitious sales associates.
At Magic Beans, we spend much of our time interacting with parents and expectant customers matching them with the best stroller, car seat, or gift. Our business is customer service and our sales associates work hard every day to exceed our customers' expectations. If you do not have children or experience in the juvenile industry- don't worry! No experience with kids, babies, toys or strollers is necessary - we will train you on the products we sell.

The company is the brain child of a savvy, ambitious, Boston area husband and wife team invested in creating a hybrid toy/baby gear retail company with a competent, well trained staff. Sales associates are responsible for the following:
-Displaying passion for Magic Beans and our products
-Providing extraordinary customer service
-Prioritizing tasks with an attention to detail while ensuring a customer-first focus
-Exemplifying professional and ethical behaviors; follow all Magic Beans policy and procedures
-Developing a positive working relationship by appreciating and learning from fellow associates
-Actively seeking new challenges and increased responsibility
-Maintaining the sales floor by straightening, organizing, cleaning, and restocking merchandise
-Gift Wrapping
-Being capable of lifting 40 pounds and standing for long periods of time.
-Possessing knowledge and proficiency in technology
