They say it's age 0 and up, but my daughter started to get curious about this toy when she was 2months. She loves it. It's so cool to see her looking at it,shaking, and grabbing with both of her hands. of course, teething too. Highly recommend!

My daughter loved this Winkel teether. It was easy for her to grab when she was an infant and it really intrigued her because it was so colorful and made a soft rattle noise every time she moved it. I just wished the size was a little smaller. Although she played with it just fine as an infant the teether was just as large as her infant head for a while :-)
We've loved this teether so much that we've purchased several of them as gifts for friends and family and it's been a hit in their homes also. Winkel

This is a great toy. In active play, my daughter likes to mouth it (pre-teething), shake it, and reach for it. I also shake it and bounce it on her belly to make her laugh. On walks or in the car, she just enjoys gripping it to have something nice to hold onto. It's so strange to me that such a simple toy is so loved!!!

This is a great, fun, engaging toy, but it might not be good for babies who are most engaged by sound, as the rattle is pretty nondescript.

We were given the Winkel as a shower gift and it was a favorite toy of our son when he was a baby. It is very easy to clean, we ran it through the dishwasher endless times though I have no idea if you are supposed to. It attaches to the stroller, car seat, whatever with those plastic links everyone seems to have tons of. It is great to chew, squish and grasp at. This is one toy that he never really seemed to tire of.
