It meets or exceeds all Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and can hold toddlers rear-facing from 15-35 lbs and forward-facing from 20-50 lbs (up to 50 inches). No other American-made car seat has the full EPP foam lining that the Orbit does. This EPP (or energy-absorbing) foam is higher-grade and more durable than the standard Styrofoam, making it incredibly safe in the case of impact.

Besides being incredibly safe, the Orbit Toddler Car Seat is also a piece of cake to handle. From docking and undocking the ergonomic seat into the SmartHub and attaching it to your stroller, you’ll grow to love your Orbit.
