If you are using the Orbit Infant Car Seat, you use the small footmuff and the large one for the Toddler Car Seat. When used within a car seat or stroller seat, the Orbit Baby Green Edition Footmuff can be attached through the harness slots and offers your child a cozy, organic, and incredibly safe nest. When it's time to remove your child from the seat, you can fold down the top panel to make it easier.

I was really surprised with how disappointed I was by the footmuff (small for the infant car seat). I love all of my Orbit Baby items and waited a long time for this to come out but this one needs some improvements when it comes to fit.
In the car seat, it does take up some space so if you are close to the weight limits as we were, forget it. You can unzip the bottom to give you some extra legroom which is GREAT on the stroller but makes it impossible to rotate the car seat into rear facing position without smooshing you kid. On the stroller, it is great. Water-proof, very warm and soft, made from organic and flame retardant fabric and a perfect compliment to the G2 seat. On the infant car seat, it just didn't work no matter what I did. And for such a high price, I really expected more.
