Magic Beans Return Policy

 

We want you to be completely happy. Love it or send it back -- it's that easy.

 

Returns can be made at any of our store locations or by mail. Simply bring in or send back the item within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund of your purchase and any applicable taxes. If you wish to return a product more than 60 days after your purchase date, you will receive a store credit for your purchase and any applicable taxes. Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging in sellable condition with the receipt or a copy of the receipt. Items returned without their original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on potty seats, breastfeeding products, or special order items.

 

 

Returns in-store

Bring the item(s) you wish to return to any of our store locations along with your receipt. Our stores' addresses and hours can be found here. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

 

 

Returns by mail

Email customer service at returns@mbeans.com indicating your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please ship your return via UPS, FedEx, or the postal service to the address below and in the package include your receipt or a copy of your receipt. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process any returns by mail. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. Magic Beans is not responsible for lost returns. We recommend you use a shipping service with proof of deliery or tracking options.
