If there’s one baby product I wish I’d had with my first two kids, this is it. Aden+Anais muslin blankets are incredibly soft, large square blankets that are designed to be great for swaddling newborns. But their usefulness extends far beyond swaddling, and even with a toddler, I never leave home without at least one, preferably two. At a recent event, I got into a conversation with Sarah Mabardy, a mom who has also found these blankets to be endlessly useful. She told me that she recently gave some to a friend along with a list of all the ways she’ll be able to use them. Did you know? Aden+Anais recently came out with a muslin sleep sack. Not especially versatile, but that fabric is amazing at regulating body temperature, and I can’t imagine a better material for a sleep sack.
