Based on feedback about the instructions included with the Lillebaby Everywear Carrier, we created a video that should help clarify. This video addresses the most confusing part of the carrier – adjusting the “saddle” between the wide and narrow settings. As a reminder, the wide setting is good for older babies and toddlers who are facing inward or riding on your back. The narrow setting is good for younger babies facing in and all babies facing out. Other than this one thing, I have found the Everywear to be intuitive and easy to use, but if anyone else is having issues, let me know. I’m a pro – I’ve even mastered the backpack carry, ideal for sneaking a baby into Toy Fair. Not that I would ever do such a thing.
