Changing diapers is not glamorous, but it is an inevitable part of parenthood. Many changing tables add insult to injury by being too low, and position the baby perpendicular to the person changing the diaper. The Stokke Care changing table considers the needs of parents. Mom, dad, nanny or granny – no one wants to strain their backs or go through acrobatics simply to change a diaper. The Care considers the needs of the caregiver. The changing platform adjusts to two different heights, helping to eliminate back strain. The platform’s hourglass shape allows you to stand close to your baby, making changing easier. It also discourages baby from rolling over easily.
The Care sits on lockable wheels and fits through standard doorways, so moving it is a snap. There are two hanging rails, two plastic side bins and two bottom shelves. The Care comes with a foam changing pad that has a machine-washable, water-resistant cotton cover. When your child is toilet-trained, you can turn the Care into a child-sized worktable, and with a conversion kit (sold separately), it can be transformed into a larger desk.

Expansion Packs and Accessories 
For extra storage, Stokke offers a set of baskets for the bottom shelves of the Care, as well as a storage pocket that hangs from the side rails. (The pocket can be hung from the Sleepi crib rail too.) You can also purchase additional changing pads and cover.
Your child will eventually outgrow a changing table – but that doesn’t mean she’s outgrown her Care, You can turn any Care into a small worktable, or purchase the expansion kit to transform the Care into a larger desk.
