Get ready for the big leagues. The Orbit G2 Stroller Travel System is like no other stroller you've seen. Since we first laid eyes on its distinctive design, we knew it was something special. Little did we realize, however, just how revolutionary the Orbit design would be for modern parents who are constantly on the go and need a stroller that can keep up. It also happens to look super-stylish with its sleek and sophisticated design. Luckily, you'll have a spare minute to brag about your new favorite piece of gear because the Orbit saves you a ton of time and trouble.

The Orbit G2 (as in, “generation two”) stroller offers some great new features we are already in love with. For one, did you notice the beautiful ruby edition? Though we were big fans of the black and mocha styles, this shade is definitely a head-turner and will look aces with all kinds of accessories. That’s just the looks; the updated features reflect the company’s complete dedication to customer satisfaction. When parents spoke up about their ideas and needs, Orbit got to work. There are an amazing 4 shock absorbers per tire, with the new Orbit QuadShock™ suspension – this ensures a sturdy and smooth ride. The SmartHub™ Car Seat Base:
To build something great, you need to start at the foundation. For Orbit, that foundation is the SmartHub™ base that fits into any car. This circular base latches into your backseat and tightens with a simple turning of a knob, utilizing the patented StrongArm™ technology. Once the base is secure, you can just pick up the car seat, aim for the circle, and snap the seat safely into place. With a quick pivot, it's locked and ready to go. The innovative design allows you to insert the car seat at any angle, an especially impressive feature that will simplify your life. There are no fussy grooves or notches to deal with. Not only will your back appreciate the ergonomic design, but you'll enjoy total peace of mind. The full metal chassis and aero-grade aluminum backbone of the car seat base give the Orbit unparalleled strength and durability. So what about that famous car seat?
 
The Infant Car Seat:

It's all about safe travels with the Orbit. Period. Once you lock the Orbit infant car seat into the base, you can be sure that you are using the safest seat on the market. It meets or exceeds all Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and can hold infants up to 22 pounds or 29 inches. No other American-made car seat has the full EPP foam lining that the Orbit does. This energy-absorbing foam is higher-grade and more durable than the standard Styrofoam (EPS foam), making it incredibly safe in the case of impact. This car seat also has a deep cradle design that gives your baby the ultimate side-impact protection.
 
Besides being incredibly safe, the Orbit infant car seat is also a piece of cake to handle. From docking and undocking the ergonomic seat into the SmartHub™ base to carrying it around, you'll grow to love your Orbit. There are patent-pending soft carrier handles that will make carrying your baby exceptionally comfortable on your shoulders, back, and arms. And your car will thank you. The unique ballistic nylon protects your car's interior and offers extra padding for your own comfort. And if (well, when) your baby makes a mess, you can pop the micro-fiber upholstery into the washing machine to get it all nice and clean again. While you are motoring around town, you'll appreciate Orbit's exclusive "Paparazzi Shield." Sure, it's great if you are shielding your child from any frenzied photographers from People Magazine, but it's also provides a ton of coverage from the sun, wind, and light rain. To protect the delicate skin of your little superstar, there is a UV sunshade lining that blocks almost 100% of UVA and UVB rays.

The Stroller Frame:

Don't forget about the stroller frame – you can't get very far without it. It is also fitted with the SmartHub™ dock so that you can easily pop the car seat out of the base and into the stroller. This allows you to rotate the seat a full 360 degrees so your little passenger can face rear, forward, or even sideways. Facing to the side is a perfect feature when sitting at a restaurant and allows you to turn your child away from the sun when you are outdoors. The stroller frame is also very easy to fold, utilizing a one-handed twist-and-lift mechanism. The removable Cargo Pod offers a handy and unique storage system. The cargo pod attaches to the stroller frame underneath the seat for on-the-go storage, and easily detaches so that you can tote your belongings along with you when you are away from your stroller, using the convenient shoulder strap.

As you'll see, the three pieces of the Orbit G2 Travel System work together seamlessly. This Travel System is also completely modular so you can incorporate future Orbit upgrades over the years. In addition to the Infant Car Seat, the stroller frame is also compatible with the Toddler Car Seat, the Toddler Stroller Seat, and the Bassinet Cradle The Orbit gives you the freedom to travel easy wherever you go.
