Just announced! Check out our blog post about the new 2015 UPPAbaby Vista Stroller. Stay tuned for more details!
Just how is it that so many people feel so passionately about an inanimate object? Urban parents don’t just like their UPPAbaby Vista Stroller, or enjoy using their Vista Stroller, or appreciate how simple the Vista is to use. The word our customers use when they talk about their UPPAbaby Vista Stroller is “love.” They adore the Vista. They’re crazy about it. They’re downright infatuated with this baby stroller. And so are we!
And really, who could resist a stroller that’s this fully-featured, this easy to push and steer, and this elegant? The 2013 /2014 UPPAbaby Vista Stroller retains all of the features from 2012; instead of mucking with their very popular formula, UPPAbaby is simply offering their classic stroller in two additional colors. Choose from the deep-indigo Taylor, or the jade-green Ella, both in the same eco-friendly organic cotton and soybean fabrics.
If you’re not familiar with this Grande Dame of city strollers, here’s what the 2013 /2014 UPPAbaby Vista has in store for you:
Made with welded and formed aircraft aluminum, the Vista Stroller’s frame can handle tons of heavy use – which is important, since this stroller is meant to carry kids up to 50 pounds, and has a large enough seat to accommodate a four-year-old. And this is a single stroller that can do double duty: get an UPPAbaby Rumble Seat for plus-one seating, and a Piggyback Ride-On Board, and you can stroll with three! Car seat adapters are also available to turn your Vista Stroller into a travel system.
So it’s no surprise that the UPPAbaby Vista Stroller inspires such undying devotion: you’re going to use your 2014 Vista every day for years, and you’re going to love every minute of it.
MAGIC BEANS STAFF TIP: You can fold the UPPAbaby Vista Stroller with the stroller seat on, and if the brake is unlocked, you can pull the stroller like a dolly, which makes it so much easier to get up the front steps of your brownstone apartment!
Q: How is the 2014 UPPAbaby Vista Stroller different from the 2013 model?A: It isn't! UPPAbaby made no changes in their line for 2014. Read more on the Spilling the Beans blog.
Very versatile, durable
Telescoping handle doesn't go low enough, bassinet "hangs" low
With all the snow we've had in the northeast this winter we have been very thankful for the larger back wheels and the locking front wheels to help navigate through the partially shoveled sidewalks. The bassinet has eased overnight travel to grandparents' houses. The sun shade is amazing and supported nap-taking on long walks. Our wee one isn't big enough for the seat yet. The bassinet rides "low" and makes putting things in and taking things out of the mesh basket underneath. We're thrilled with this stroller and wishing.....maybe....we should have bought the car seat adapter??
Light, collapses easily, smooth ride for baby, stylish.
Wide, front wheel sometimes randomly locks after collapsing it.
I did a lot of research before purchasing this stroller and am glad I did. I wanted one that had a basinet and that would stand upright once collapsed. I was torn between the Uppa Vista and the Bugaboo but ultimately decided on the Uppa because it collapsed more easily and would also stand upright once collapsed, a feature I thought would be helpful because I have a small front foyer and can fold and stand it up in the corner. Also, since it stands upright I'm not forced to lay it on the restaurant floor... which seems like a cleaner option.
The ride is smooth for baby and the basinet is comfy with a big sunscreen. I also love the big basket which holds a lot of stuff!
