Shipping Time


We ship all domestic orders via UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air services from Boston, MA.

 


 
International, Alaska & Hawaii, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes


For international orders, and for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, customers may contacted after an order is placed to inform them of potential changes in shipping charges. There is no flat rate for these orders, and please be aware that the customer is always responsible for any additional customs or duties fees incurred on international orders. These orders may be shipped via either UPS or the US Postal Service. For orders shipped to an APO/FPO, charges will be determined on a per-order basis. Unfortunately, most large items can not be shipped to APO/FPOs. At this time we cannot ship to PO Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on any orders that have left the United States. This is because items are frequently damaged due to extended amounts of time in transit.

 

 

 

Large & Oversized Items

 

Many furniture products require an oversize shipping fee. Charges vary based on the item(s) and will be reflected in the cart. For some brands this fee includes White Glove delivery into your home and for others it only includes curbside delivery. With questions about specific brands, please call customer service at 617-264-2326 or email customerservice@mbeans.com.
 

 

 

Special Order Items

 

Special order items have varying lead times. Two-week time frames are posted on all relevant product page and will also appear in your order confirmation. Magic Beans is not responsible for manufacturer delays and we will contact all customers in a timely manner if a delay occurs.

 


 
Please Note
We can only ship items from certain vendors to addresses in the United States and/or Canada. These vendors include but are not limited to: Kushies, Orbit Baby, Baby Jogger, Stokke, and Bugaboo.

 

We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale or sold, and that at any time to correct, cancel, reject or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever at our sole discretion, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or charged to your credit card. Credit cards are never charged for cancelled orders.
