The Y Spindle for Pressure Mounted Gates by Kidco is made to be used with their Center Gateway Pressure Mount Gate. The Y Spindle connects to the pressured end of the gate allowing it to fit around a spindle at the bottom of a staircase.

 

WARNING: A pressure gate should never be used at the top of the stairs.
