You will deliver and develop superior customer service skills and will effectively communicate with customers and co-workers. Additionally, you'll learn proper sales techniques and problem-solving skills. You'll gain responsibility for developing new business as well as maintaining current relationships.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Represent the company brand and culture with coworkers and customers at all times.
  • Exemplify professional and ethical behaviors by complying with all company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate superior product knowledge when assisting customers.
  • Develop lasting customer relationships by getting to know customers, making great recommendations, collecting customer information for follow up communications, and sending CRM thank-you notes for their business.

 

Sales:

  • Work in collaboration with a dedicated team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Ensure that all sales and return transactions are completed and recorded accurately using proper cash handling procedures per established store policies.

 

Boutique Presentation & Operations:

  • Maintain the appearance and efficiency of the store by stocking and replenishing merchandise, following visual merchandising guidelines, and performing general housekeeping duties.
  • Operate computerized cash register, utilize multi-line phone system, gift wrap, maintain computerized inventory, and additional duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Capable of standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and/or twisting for up to eight hours or more per day.
