A busy few weeks

Between juggling three kids, celebrating an avalanche of Jewish holidays, and solving medical mysteries, October has been a very hectic month. I have so much ground to cover, I don’t even know where to begin, but I will start with a personal update.

I’ve mentioned that I was having health problems throughout my pregnancy, which fortunately were not directly related to the pregnancy itself. We’ve finally figured out what’s going on. This Friday, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease. And while it’s a bummer knowing that I’ll have to deal with this for the rest of my life, it’s a huge relief to understand why I got so sick. Next stop: treatment. Bring it.
