We love the innovation and practicality of the Britax Nanotex Collection. But, admittedly, you have to sacrifice a bit of breathability to get a fabric that deflects moisture that well. So if you live in a very warm climate, the seat might get a bit sweaty.

Now enter the latest collection: SafeWash. If you purchase a convertible car seat from the Nanotex Collection and a serious mess happens, you’re able to remove the fabric and machine wash it, but to maintain the quality and safety of the fabric, you’re only able to line dry it. And sometimes you don’t have time to wait that long. But the Britax SafeWash Collection is exactly what it sounds like: fabrics that are completely safe to be machine washed AND machine dried! So though the SafeWash fabrics don’t deflect messes as well, they’ll still save you lots of time by throwing them in the dryer.

We’ve think they’ve got this practicality thing down pretty well.
