Bugaboo Cameleon3 Plus Stroller 2019 vs. Bugaboo Cameleon3 2018

The iconic Bugaboo Cameleon Stroller has been around for over 15 years, so that means they MUST be doing something right.

Well, we can confirm they’re doing something right, because the Cameleon has been a favorite and a classic since the early Magic Beans days. And as years go on, Bugaboo makes tweaks and improvements to improve usability while remaining true to the Cameleon’s iconic style.

The Cameleon’s latest iteration, the Bugaboo Cameleon3 Plus Stroller, does just that. They’ve taken consumer feedback and turned them into the Cameleon3+.

You might notice that the seat on the Bugaboo Cameleon3 Plus looks a bit different than the previous Cameleon3. That’s because they’ve replaced the pesky foam that used to nick with the same material as the stroller’s frame.

Speaking of pesky, the old under-seat basket on the Bugaboo Cameleon3 was sometimes difficult to get to, especially in bassinet mode. The new basket is a lot more open, airy, and easier to access.

Another trend in the Bugaboo world is customizability. If you’ve been following their Fox, Donkey, and Bee Strollers, you’ll notice that you’re able to customize them from head to toe, right down to the wheel caps. While the new Bugaboo Cameleon 3+ isn’t as customizable, it’s getting there. You’ve got plenty more options in canopy fabric and colors this time around.
