Celebrate First Thursdays on June 5 with Your Friends at Magic Beans Cambridge!

And now, a special message from the manager of Magic Beans Cambridge, Meghan Monroe!

If you’ve been anywhere near Huron Village recently, then you already know how much construction there has been. To help accommodate our customers who choose not to tackle these rough roads during the day, on June 5, the businesses of Huron Village will be hosting an event called First Thursdays! This is a great way for you to support your local businesses, avoid parking issues from construction, and also to have some good old-fashioned family-friendly fun. And yes, there will be SALES afoot!

Hours for businesses throughout Huron Village will be extended for First Thursdays from 6pm to 8pm. During this time, you will find the streets of Huron Avenue flooded with food and beverage vendors (including some adult beverages for those so inclined), tons of fun activities for the family, and also live music by a local band “Dogs in a Pile”!

Magic Beans Cambridge will be hosting an AMAZING spring cleaning sidewalk sale during the hours of the First Thursdays celebration. We are talking MAJOR sales here on popular items and brands – you’ll find strollers, car seats, accessories, games, toys, and MORE! We also will have a table with complimentary face painting!

So come to Magic Beans for all that you may want at crazy spring cleaning prices then bring your dogs over to Crate Escape for their Yappy Hour! Then, after all that, take some R&R time to look at some beautiful artwork at Mobilia Gallery and head to Fresh Pond Market for some wine tasting! And if that doesn’t do it for you, check out Samurai helmet classes at Gray Mist, or fun with chalk at Half-Crown-William Henry Furniture. Also, Easy Chairs is allowing for up to 3 free appraisals, and so much more fun.

Finally, don’t forget to stop by the Full Moon Cafe – Sara from Full Moon spearheaded this awesome event, and she’ll have delicious snacks for you and the family to enjoy!
