If you’re a stroller geek like us, you know Thule for their iconic Chariot and Jogging strollers that are optimized for active parents. If you’re not a stroller geek—and we hope to convert you soon—you’ve seen Thule’s ubiquitous bike racks strapped to cars across the country. In 2018 their lineup will be welcoming a more stylish and city-friendly addition: introducing the Thule Sleek Stroller!

The Thule Sleek Stroller is a single stroller that converts to a double stroller, which is a huge draw for growing families. The stroller seat will be a bit larger than the sibling seat, and they’ll have differing weight limits. The stroller seat will hold up to 48.5lbs, while the sibling seat will hold up to 33lbs.

Thule set out to make the Sleek a lightweight option among fully-featured strollers. They definitely succeeded, as the Sleek 2018 is less than 25 pounds and has a very lightweight feel overall. Parents will also like its à la carte options. The sleep-safe bassinet is an extra accessory that isn’t included with the stroller. This keeps the cost down for parents who prefer to click in their infant car seat as opposed to using a bassinet!

We especially love the Sleek’s clever basket. It’s enclosed with a zipper, which will prevent rain damage as well as losing your items when you fold your stroller. When it’s zippered, you can still access your items with the collapsible magnetic enclosure. It’ll also have the features you expect from a high quality stroller, including: a peek-a-boo window, extendable handlebar, reversible seats, and a retractable canopy with an extended sun visor. The Thule Sleek will also be made in Poland!
