Jane Powertwin Update

The Jane Powertwin is generating a frenzy of interest, so I thought I would post an update. Originally we were told to expect the Powertwin by the end of April, but now the US distributor is promising that we will have it before the end of June. From what I’ve been told, there was a problem with the fabric on the strollers meeting California flammability requirements, which are the most stringent in the country. The US distributors have decided to accept two shipments of strollers that will not be eligible for sale in California, but will be fine everywhere else. By the third shipment, the fabrics will be modified to meet California’s requirements.

So, to make a long story short, the Powertwin is en route. I will feel better once I know they are on the boat, but it does sound very promising (except for Californians).
