Santa is back! And better than ever – with some minor changes

Here at Magic Beans, we’re constantly striving to improve our customer experience, and we won’t settle for less than the best visit with Santa Claus. So not only do we bring in the most authentic and delightful Santa Claus you’ll ever meet (which makes our Santa events extremely popular!), but we also are constantly tweaking our process to maximize the magic and minimize the stress.

Our reservation system ensures that as long as you arrive on time, you shouldn’t have to wait longer than twenty minutes in line to meet Santa, which means that the kids won’t have time to get cranky before that precious photo-op. This year, we’ve instituted some minor changes in order to make sure that as many families get to enjoy the event as possible.

The main change this year is that we will be charging for reservations. You will receive your $10 reservation fee back in the form of a gift card when you come in, so the event is still free. In the past, we’ve had families reserve time spots they didn’t use, and we had to turn people away who could have taken those spots, and that was just terrible, for both us and for Santa. So we’re hoping that this change will cut down on no-shows, so everyone can enjoy!

Keep in mind that most major department stores charge you either for meeting Santa or for their pictures. So you’re still getting a great deal, and there will be no lines, no crowds, and no stress.

This is how the process goes:

1. Make your reservation here. Each child requires a separate time slot, regardless of age.
2. Show up at the beginning of your twenty-minute time slot; make sure you have your reservation printed out, or available on your phone to show us. You’ll receive your gift card when you come in; feel free to do some shopping as you wait for your name to be called.
3. It’s your turn! Our professional photographer will take some pictures; feel free to take your own as well.
4. At the end of your turn, our photographer will hand you a card with instructions to find your pictures online, on their secure password-protected website. Go home, look at your pictures, and share them with absolutely everyone you know – because you’ve got the cutest kids!
