Spoon Recall

BabySwede just announced a recall of the Baby Bjorn Feeding Spoon. Evidently, after extended use, the soft tip of the spoon can separate from the handle, creating a choking hazard. While there have been no reports of this defect in the United States, there have been 11 known instances of the problem worldwide. No injuries have been reported.
