The UPPAbaby Cruz was already a fan-favorite stroller, and it just got an upgrade! UPPAbaby announced just this morning that a new iteration of the beloved UPPAbaby Cruz is set to be released in February. And what is this amazing new stroller, you may ask? Well, drum roll please…it’s the UPPAbaby Cruz V2 2020!

UPPABABY CRUZ V2 2020: IMPROVEMENTS

The UPPAbaby Cruz V2 2020 has all of the best elements of the UPPAbaby Cruz, and none of the downsides. In order to truly appreciate all of the enhanced design elements that the Cruz V2 has, we’ve got to walk through the Cruz V2 piece-by-piece. 

Let’s start with the basics: namely, the stroller’s lightweight frame! Weighing in at 25.5 lbs (including the stroller’s seat!), the Cruz V2 is lighter than many other strollers on the market, making it easier to use on a daily basis. The Cruz V2 frame also has a compact fold, ensuring that you can bring it into any restaurant or other public space without worrying about taking up too much space. 

The Cruz’s featherweight frame is complemented by its new-and-improved stroller seat, which has a higher back, a longer leg rest, and a deeper footrest, making it more comfortable for your child. The seat also features a five-point, no rethread harness, as well as compatibility with the UPPAbaby SnugSeat, which makes the stroller safe for use with newborns even without a bassinet. Moving beyond the stroller’s seat, the Cruz V2 also features both dual-action suspension and rear suspension on its large wheels, allowing for smooth strolling over any terrain.

In addition to these back-to-the-basics stroller elements, the Cruz V2 also features a ton of awesome additional design features. The canopy of the stroller zips out into a large extendable canopy, and boasts UPF50+ protection and mesh paneling for maximized airflow and ventilation. Another cool feature of the Cruz V2 is its large underseat basket, which can hold up to thirty pounds!

Plus, the Cruz V2 has new color scheme options. From green and silver to white marl and chestnut, the Cruz V2 is both fashion-forward AND technologically-advanced. 

UPPABABY CRUZ V2 2020: AVAILABILITY

The UPPAbaby Cruz V2 2020 is not yet available for purchase, but fear not! UPPAbaby has hinted that this amazing new stroller will be available sometime in February.
