We’re looking to expand our Bean family! From a people person to a seasoned sales superstar,  Magic Beans is hiring enthusiastic team members and we hope you’re interested.

Being a member of our team transcends the typical retail experience. We’re experts in baby gear, and we love matching families with the very best products for them. We’re a little obsessed with it actually. You’ll be a part of a dedicated group of Stroller Geeks and Toy Whizzes that put customer service first. And don’t fret if you’re unfamiliar with gear and toys–we’ll train you!

“Having a child is one of the biggest moments in people’s lives, and being able to help new parents prepare is immensely rewarding. I love empowering people by providing them will all the education they need in the world of baby. It’s complicated – there are so many choices out there! Plus, I get to sort plastic animals on a shelf by species and habitat, play trucks on the floor with kids, and wrap people’s birthday presents. And money appears in my bank account. Is that even fair?”

Here’s who we’re looking for:

Store Manager, Wellesley: Store Managers are the heart and soul of our operation. They keep the Magic Beans spirit alive in our sales associates and customers every day! We’re looking for an energetic someone with lots of retail experience. They’ll need to be an effective leader with a track record of driving sales and managing a team

Assistant Store Manager, Brookline: We’re looking for exceptional retail talent with the drive of a true salesperson. The Assistant Manager must be dedicated, personable, love to sell, and love forming relationships with customers even more. We want an infectious salesperson attitude!

Sales Associate, Brookline and Wellesley: Becoming a sales associate is the perfect stepping stone at Magic Beans. You don’t need past retail experience, but you do need to be outgoing and willing to learn the ins and outs of baby gear.  

Warehouse Associate and Warehouse Driver: Our warehouse also needs a few more reliable team members! It’s a full-time position with daytime weekday hours. You’ll need a driver’s license too, as you’ll act as a backup warehouse driver.
