After VERY different experiences at some of the more popular "big box"-type stores, we found the staff here to be helpful, caring, engaging, and 110% willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that Mama & Papa understand and are comfortable with the products they sell.

Best place ever to shop for strollers and baby carriers! The staff is knowledgeable and warm. I spent over an hour here to learning about strollers, car seats, baby wraps, etc. I placed an order and the stroller arrived very quickly. A must stop for baby equipment.

We all want to buy from local places. Frequently, however, we are disappointed, because either the price is prohibitive or the service is lacking.
Magic Beans is an anomaly. The pricing is competitive and the people know their stuff. I have had a number of interactions with MB over the last 6 months and have purchased the stroller, the car seat and the attachment for the seat into the stroller as well as a number of accessories, toys and games.
At every point, they provided the right advice...and as a bonus helped me assemble and disassemble the various hardware. They went out of their way to help especially during a stressful time.
So if you want to be happy with the latest baby hardware, go to Magic Bean first...This is a first rate locally owned business.
We found Magic Beans on the recommendation of a friend, and really took a liking to them from their extensive YouTube videos on product comparisons and details of new product releases. We liked being able to walk to the store from our apartment, and we ended up doing almost our entire registry with them. We have nothing but great things to say.
Great experience shopping today. They have a great selection and if you need to go to a brick and mortar store they are very local. The free gift wrap is a nice touch too!
