Magic Beans is the place that your parents WISH they had when you were a wee babe. After VERY different experiences at some of the more popular "big box"-type stores, we found the staff here to be helpful, caring, engaging, and 110% willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that Mama & Papa understand and are comfortable with the products they sell.
Best place ever to shop for strollers and baby carriers! The staff is knowledgeable and warm. I spent over an hour here to learning about strollers, car seats, baby wraps, etc. I placed an order and the stroller arrived very quickly. A must stop for baby equipment.
When I'm doing research on my next big baby purchase Magic Beans is ALWAYS by first stop and most highly regarded review. Eli is so personable, informative, and the review feels honest! I had never made a purchase through MB until now (just purchased a Nuna Rava! Yay!) but my buying experience was quick, easy, and satisfying! Magic Beans is...magic. Their helpfulness is unparalleled in the retail industry, and they are always prompt in responding to questions. In fact, the owners regularly make videos that review products and compare them so you have a sense of what the differences are before even entering the store. But their retail staff is JUST as knowledgeable and will never pressure you to purchase anything. They're like the Apple Store for baby stuff - they will help you figure out what works best for you, let you try out items before buying, and their goal seems to be your satisfaction rather than a bottom line for their store. It's fantastic!
We all want to buy from local places. Frequently, however, we are disappointed, because either the price is prohibitive or the service is lacking.
Magic Beans is an anomaly. The pricing is competitive and the people know their stuff. I have had a number of interactions with MB over the last 6 months and have purchased the stroller, the car seat and the attachment for the seat into the stroller as well as a number of accessories, toys and games.
At every point, they provided the right advice...and as a bonus helped me assemble and disassemble the various hardware. They went out of their way to help especially during a stressful time.
So if you want to be happy with the latest baby hardware, go to Magic Bean first...This is a first rate locally owned business.
