About the Phil & Teds Lobster High Chair

Let's clear this up quickly: the Lobster from Phil & Teds is not a big, mean crustacean. It's a clip-on high chair, which means that it probably doesn't taste quite as nice as its namesake, but it's much kinder to small children. The Lobster High Chair brings tiny diners right up to nearly any table at home or on the go, so the whole family can "sea" food – and eat it – together.

The Lobster's claws are powerful clamps that screw in place to grip tables from 0.8 to 3.75 inches thick, and are rubber-padded to keep them from damaging your table's finish. Nearly any steady surface with enough space for the claws to grip will do – wood, granite, metal, kitchen counters, picnic tables, and, best of all, restaurant tables, sparing your child the grime and germs of shared high chairs. A five-point safety harness, padded for supreme comfort, keeps kids securely locked in place for safe dining.

This high chair is built to travel: it weighs a mere four pounds and folds to a thickness of only 2". Reviewers agree that the Phil & Teds Lobster High Chair is great for the home as well – it's a perfectly suitable space-saving substitute for a full-sized high chair.

The Phil & Teds Lobster can hold up to 37 pounds, and your child can begin using it as soon as she can sit up unaided, at about six months old. The removable food tray is dishwasher-safe, and the padded seat can be wiped clean or even removed and tossed in the washing machine if tiny diners get a little too feisty with their meals.

The Lobster High Chair is the latest innovation in clip-on high chairs from Phil & Teds, following in the footsteps of the ultra-lightweight Me Too Chair.

Stable, Easily Stowed, Portable, Stylish, Easy To Assemble, Easy to Clean

This product is great. It folds flat which makes it so easy to bring anywhere. It fits many different table types and the tray and carrying bag that come with it make it more than worth the price.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
