KaboostThere are a lot of new high chair concepts out there (and I’ve got a detailed review of these in the works), but I love this simple idea that solves the table-height problem at its most basic level. Kids are too short to reach the table, so why not just give the chair a boost? The Kaboost fits onto almost any four-legged chair and raises the seat either 3.75″ or 4.5″ higher. The adjustible arms are spring-loaded so they hold the chair leg securely in place, even when you’re moving the chair. The feet are rubberized, so they won’t slip or scratch the floor. The Kaboost is very strong – it can hold up to 300 lbs. It’s recommended for ages 20 months and up, and comes in three colors, natural, chocolate and lime green.

  1. It is such a simple but practical idea. I would be interested in reading your review of high chairs, as it seems that most follow the same basic design and principles, and are starting to look the same … its nice to see manufacturers stepping outside of the box sometimes. Cheers, Ian

  2. When I first saw this product, I was curious about the safety. Then I noticed that the Kaboost is TUV certified. TUV is an international company that certifies a whole host of different products, including children’s products, to ensure quality and safety.

  3. We’ve found our two to be very useful for our 5 and 8 year olds. They are more inclined to stay seated too.
