Holiday Giveaways # 9 – Stokke Tripp Trapp High Chair

Tripp Trapp High Chair

There isn’t a lot to say about the Tripp Trapp that I haven’t already said at some point or other on this blog. But as we get closer to Thanksgiving, we get a lot of grandparents asking about what they need to host their grandchildren for the holidays. My parents have used Tripp Trapp chairs for 5 years, beginning when my oldest daughter was 2. The Tripp Trapp was a perfect way to include her in family meals. That chair has been adjusted over and over again and has worked for various grandchildren ranging in age from 6 months to 7 years. It looks beautiful in their formal dining room, and is every bit as nice today as it was 5 years ago. To me, it is one of the most useful investments a grandparent can make. The design is timeless, the quality is outstanding and the functionality is unlimited.

Today’s giveaway is a Tripp Trapp chair. The timing is intentional – we want you to have your prize in time for the biggest family meal of the year. Enter to win.

  1. Hi! I have had my eye on this one for awhile as my daughter just turned 5 months and will be starting solids soon. You mentioned that it is a good option for grandparent use, but what do you think of it as an everyday highchair? Enough support? I would probably get the playtray with it as well.

Thanks in advance for the advice!

  2. Hi… i would really like to have one of them..i use a swing rite now to feed my son… i cant aford a high chair..please pick me.. it would make me and my son happy

  3. Hi Erin,
It goes without saying that the Tripp Trapp is a great everyday high chair. With the Baby Set or the Play Tray, you’d have enough support once your daughter is sitting up independently. Until then, I’d suggest doing those early feedings in a bouncy seat or Bumbo, if you have one. It may seem inconvenient to wait a month or two to use the Tripp Trapp, but you’ll get at least 5 more years of use out of it than you would from any reclining high chair. Hope that helps!

  4. Thanks… my thoughts exactly!

  5. Will you announce the winner? Anxious 🙂
