Zapps are here!

Quinny Zapp OrangeOur first shipment of Quinny Zapp strollers just arrived. We’ve got one in our office, and we’re playing with it extensively today. Initial impressions are very good – it folds down nearly to the size of an umbrella, and it handles really beautifully, even with the modified design (two wheels in front versus one). Downsides include the teeny tiny basket, which is only accessible from the sides of the stroller, and the fold, which takes some practice to master. Also, the canopy does not lock into an open position. The included travel bag seems well made and durable enough to withstand mild airline abuse. You need to remove the front wheels to fit the stroller into the bag (see comments), it’s quick and easy to do. We took lots of pictures, and as soon as we get them downloaded, I’ll post a link.

  1. Marianne Pyliotis

    Hello,
My name is Marianne Pyliotis and I am the Marketing Communications Manager for Dorel Juvenile Group. We manufacture the Quinny Zapp. Thank you for featuring us in your blog!

I just want to make one clarification; the Zapp does fit in the travel bag with the front wheels attached.

Thanks and please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Sincerely, Marianne Pyliotis

  2. I still have not found a way to fit the stroller in with the wheels in place. I have a feeling the bag is for the 3-wheel european style Zapp? but I could be wrong.
